How soon should I book my 
signage suite?

How do I book with you?

You should be booking your signage package about 2-3 months in advance of your wedding date, if not sooner. I only take on a certain number of weddings per month and have unique inventory that gets booked fast.

Review the packages and determine which one fits the bulk of your event needs. From there, we can add to it or edit it to make it fit both your vision and budget! Be sure to visit our Shop Page to select a package, leave your contact info, and I’ll reach out to schedule a free consultation! I only need a seating chart. How do I book that with you?

Identify that selection when visiting our Shop Page. If you know what collection, rental item, or calligraphy style you’re leaning toward, be sure to share that in the comment box. Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll contact you to discuss the details.

I want my signage to say something specific. How do we coordinate that?

Your signage can say whatever you want! While I’m happy to make suggestions, signage is a perfect way to showcase personality! Whether it’s your favorite travel locations as table numbers or a quote from your favorite movie on the welcome sign, all signage can be customized to share messaging of your choice.

Do I get to choose the style and colors of the calligraphy on my signage? What are my options?

What if I see something unique online, can you do it?

I can tackle most any type of illustration from any type of inspiration -- whether it’s a photo of the KC skyline, your venue, or your dog, let’s incorporate it in a fun way for your wedding. If you see a unique feature backdrop or particular type of signage that you like, share it with me and tell me what you like about it. I’ll work with you one-on-one to create a piece that you’ll love.

I want my signage to say something specific. How do we coordinate that?

I need some help with decor in addition to signage, do you provide any decor rentals?

My decor rentals are very limited. Oftentimes rentals can double as opportunities for calligraphy applications (think a tall, glass hurricane vase with table numbers on it, or mirrored centerpiece plates with your event hashtag!).
However, I do have trusted decor vendor partners that offer just about anything you can think of! Please leave me a note here if you’re looking for some decor vendors.

How do you accept payment?

I use PayPal to send you estimates prior to your final quote. You can pay the final quote via an email link to PayPal I will send you for a fast and secure transaction. I also accept checks.

Do you ship? Is that price included? Per Piece? By Suite?

I do not currently ship items by mail. I serve clients in the greater kc metro area and either deliver, setup, and pickup myself, or coordinate that with a wedding planner.

The  Process

How soon should I book my signage?

If you think signage is something you want for your event, reach out as soon as you can! I will set up a call or meeting with you to discuss your event size, style, and features. If you don’t know what signage you’ll need exactly, don’t fret. This is what I will suggest for you during your initial consultation so that you’ll know what to start thinking about!

 

Book me for a signage package or a-la-carte signage between 4-6 months in advance of your event date. This will ensure you claim that date on my calendar! If there’s a specific collection of rentals or style of signage you have in mind at this time, i’ll make a note of that in your booking.a deposit will be due at this time to hold your date.

 

About 1-2 months out from your event, we’ll start coordinating the specific pieces, colors, content and calligraphy styles you are looking for. If a seating chart is in the mix, I’ll need your final guest list 2 weeks out from the big day. Then, it’s just logistics of delivery and set-up from there that i’ll coordinate with you or your wedding coordinator!

the timeline

It’s best to make your signage and material selections as far in advance as possible, but ideally no later than 1-2 months out from your date. This will ensure those inventories are “booked’ for your event and will give us ample time to coordinate the written content and placement of your signage.
