*Common "oversize" sizes include 16x20, 20x30, and 30x40.
Incliudes a watercolor and ink portrait from a reference photo(s) of your choosing. Artist-grade watercolors and archival textured watercolor paper with anti-fade finishing.
Up to two lines of optional, black ink calligraphy script are included. (Example: "Our First Home / City, State or Street Address" or "Home Sweet Home / Est. Year).
In your order please note any items to be revised or removed (i.e. remove cars in driveway, change tree foliage color, no sky or blue sky instead of gray sky, etc.)
Can be framed* in store-bought frames or matted and framed professionally with art glass (recommended). Please inquire for wrapped (canvas-style) watercolor work.

Porch pickup available to Kansas City customers. Shipping on oversized and/or framed items will be estimated and billed separately.
